Preparation:

With infant formula: prepare 170 ml of formula according to the instructions and pour it into a bowl. Stir in 18 g of porridge (3-4 tbsp). Let it swell and cool to 37°C.

Semi-skimmed porridge: Boil 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water and cool to 50°C. Pour the liquid into a bowl and stir in 25 g of porridge (5 tbsp). Let it swell and cool to 37°C.

Porridge with breast milk: Mix 25 g of oatmeal (5 tbsp) into 130 ml of warm breast milk. To preserve the nutrients in breast milk, do not heat it above 40°C.

Milk-free porridge: Boil 200 ml of water and cool to 50°C. Pour the liquid into a bowl and mix in 25 g of porridge (5 tbsp.) and 1 tsp. Holle baby oil. Let it swell and cool to 37°C.

Milk-free porridge with vegetables or fruit: Mix 20 g of porridge (4 tbsp.) with 100 g of fruit puree (from a jar or freshly mashed) and 1 tbsp. Holle baby oil. Stir in water (boiled and cooled to 50°C) as needed. If you are making vegetable porridge, stir in 160 g of mashed vegetables and 2 tbsp. baby oil.

Milk porridge from 6 months of age: boil 150 ml of water and cool to 50°C. First, mix 5 teaspoons of Holle milk mixture no. 2 from 6 months of age, and then mix 18 g of porridge (3-4 tbsp.). From 10 months of age, you can prepare porridge with milk mixture no. 3.

1 tbsp. = 5 g of porridge.
1 tsp. Holle baby oil = 4 g.

Storage:

• Store unopened package in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  
• Once opened, reseal tightly after each use.
  
• Use the contents within 3 weeks of opening.
  
• Always use a clean, dry spoon to avoid contamination.

Do not store prepared porridge leftovers – always prepare fresh before feeding.
