Shipping policy

We cover 100% of import duties and taxes on all orders. No surprise fees.

All of our packages use the fastest available shipping option to your delivery address. All our deliveries are Express Priority and delivery times are typically 2-4 business days to the U.S., although many customers report delivery times in 1-3 business days.

Shipping charges
All orders above $100 are automatically processed with FREE shipping. Orders below $100 are charged a flat $35 shipping fee, regardless of the quantity of products that are shipped. 
(Orders shipped to Latin American countries are subject to an additional order processing fee).

Priority order processing
In your cart you have the option to pay an additional fee for priority order processing. If you choose this option, your order will be treated as the next in line for packaging, labeling, and pickup. 

Because expedited order processing ships with immediate effect, orders that request expedited processing waive the right to the 30 minute cancellation window.

Shipping delays
In rare circumstances there may be a delay caused at the border that may push the delivery date beyond the standard 2-4 business days. While this delay is fundamentally out of our hands, we apologize if this happens and will work with Customs to resolve any issues or concerns about the shipment.

While our warehouse operates 7 days a week, shipping carriers can become backed up around the holidays and artificially delay a shipping schedule. We appreciate an additional dose of patience during busy holiday seasons.

Import taxes & customs duties
 We cover 100% of import duties and taxes on all orders to U.S. No surprise fees.
(Some Latin America and Europe countries can be subject to additional import taxes or VAT which is solely the responsibility of customer).

Mis-deliveries
Once the package departs our warehouse, it is the customers responsibility to coordinate directly with the shipping provider to arrange delivery. While we will do our best to help if any shipping issues arise, it is the customer's responsibility to be available at at the time of delivery. If a package is marked as delivered but you can not find it, we recommend checking common areas of your property, as well as with the neighbors. In some cases we may be able to get a gps coordinate of your delivery location, although this option isn't always available. We do not offer refunds for packages that are claimed as lost or stolen once the carrier marks it as delivered. Your unique tracking url has an option to reach out to the shipping provider and escalate a delivery as missing if such an issue arises.

Wrong items delivered
Although rare, fulfillment mistakes happen from time to time. Please contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Keep your original packaging which will be provided as evidence to help with our internal investigation.

Items damaged during shipping
Europe Baby Formula defines your item "damaged" if it is received and the internal bag has been punctured (for boxed items), or if the can has been punctured (for canned items). Although we go to great lengths to prevent cosmetic damage caused during shipping, items received that have cosmetic imperfections such as dents in cans or creases in boxes are not considered as damaged goods from a refund perspective. Any damage must be reported immediately upon receiving your package. Please keep your original packaging which will be provided as evidence to the relevant shipping carrier.
