What countries do you ship to, and how long does delivery take?
We ship globally. Delivery times depend on your location and method selected: typically 3–7 days for most countries as in U.S. or Asia; Note: Customs, import duties, or local clearance may sometimes (rarely) delay delivery beyond our estimates.
Why are EUROPEAN formulas considered “better”?
Many parents choose European formulas because the standards and recipes are designed to be simple, consistent, and gentle—so you can buy with confidence.
- Thoughtful composition. Most EU formulas use lactose as the primary carbohydrate and keep ingredient lists focused, avoiding corn-syrup sweeteners in the products we carry.
- Consistent DHA. EU regulations require DHA (omega-3) in infant formula, so you don’t have to wonder whether it’s included.
- Organic and specialty options. A wide range of certified organic lines and gentle alternatives such as goat milk or “comfort/sensitive” recipes make it easy to find a good fit.
- Strict quality controls. European manufacturing follows rigorous rules for sourcing, contaminants, and labeling, with batch traceability printed on every tin.
- Clear staging. The Stage 1/2 (and beyond) system helps you quickly choose a formula matched to your baby’s age and needs.
At Europe Baby Formula, every product is authentic, factory-sealed, and traceable by lot number and expiry date. We ship quickly and pack with care so your order arrives fresh and ready to use.
Do I have to pay customs, VAT, or import taxes?
No — we take care of all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes for you. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges upon delivery.
What if my order doesn’t arrive or gets lost?
In rare cases of loss or customs delays, we will help. You may choose to have us resend your order (if stock allows) or receive a full refund.
Please contact our customer service with your order number so we can assist you promptly.
Do you accept returns?
Because formula is a food/hygienic product, we typically do not accept returns once the product has shipped, to protect safety and prevent contamination.
However, if your order is canceled before shipping, we can refund it.
What if the formula I ordered doesn’t agree with my baby?
We want your baby to thrive. If the formula doesn’t work well for your child, we offer a “Right Formula Guarantee”: you can try a different formula (one box/can) on us.
Contact support and we’ll guide you through selecting an alternative.
How do I prepare the formula safely?
How to Prepare Powdered Baby Formula
Step-by-step instructions:
- Boil fresh drinking water for each feed and let it cool to about 120°F (50°C) before mixing.
- Pour roughly 2/3 of the required water into a clean, sterilized bottle.
- Using the measuring scoop included in your formula box (sizes vary by brand and batch), add the recommended number of level scoops — one scoop per 1 oz / 30 ml of water.
- Attach the nipple and cap, then shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Add the rest of the water, shake again, and let the formula cool to body temperature (about 98°F / 37°C).
- Always test the milk on the inside of your wrist before feeding to ensure it’s safe and comfortable for your baby.
Important Guidelines
- Only use the scoop provided in your formula pack.
- Always follow the exact mixing instructions — do not add extra scoops or extra water.
- Prepare bottles freshly before each feed and discard any unfinished formula.
- Do not microwave bottles, as this can create dangerous hot spots.
- Once opened, formula should be used within 3 weeks (21 days) and never past the printed expiration date (listed as day/month/year on European packaging).
- Store formula in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Where do you source your formulas and how do I know they are authentic?
We source directly from brand manufacturers or their authorized distributors to guarantee authenticity.
All products are 100% genuine, not grey-market, and come with clear lot codes and expiry dates.
What expiry date can I expect?
We guarantee that all formula you receive will have at least 6 months or more remaining shelf life.
Can instructions on the packaging be in a language I don’t understand?
Yes. Some brands include instructions only in their native language (e.g. German, Dutch), not English.
Don’t worry — we provide translated instructions on our website and the formula can/box for your convenience.
How do I cancel an order or ask for a refund?
You can request cancellation or a refund before your order is processed and shipped. Once it’s shipped, we can’t cancel.
