Returns
Due to hygiene concerns, baby formula cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened.
All products come directly from authorized manufacturers and are never restocked after leaving our warehouse.
Any returned formula is immediately discarded to ensure safety and product integrity.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize your baby’s health and safety.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed and shipped quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@europebabyformula.com with the subject line:
“Cancel Request {order number}”
while we cannot guarantee cancellation due to rapid order processing and dispatch, we will do our best to accommodate your request if contacted in time.
If cancellation is still possible, a refund will be issued minus a 5% handling and transaction fee. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Once an order is packed or picked up by the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Changing Your Shipping Address
We ship to the address provided during checkout. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, updates after payment are not guaranteed.
Orders sent to an incorrect or outdated address are non-refundable.
After shipment, Europe Baby Formula cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by address changes.
Avoid redirecting shipments through the courier, as this can delay delivery or cause errors.
Note: We do not ship to business addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Miss-delivered Packages
Once a package leaves our warehouse, coordinating with the shipping provider is the recipient’s responsibility.
If your package shows as "delivered" but is missing, check with neighbors or common delivery areas, and contact the courier.
GPS delivery coordinates may sometimes be available but are not guaranteed.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier cannot be refunded.
Undelivered packages are covered under our delivery guarantee.
We recommend selecting a signature-required delivery.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us with:
Your order number
A photo of the shipping label and the received product
If the correct item is in stock, we will ship it promptly.
If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
We strive to correct mistakes quickly and efficiently.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While we take precautions, packages may occasionally be damaged or lost:
Damaged refers to punctured inner bags or containers. Cosmetic damage like dents or creases does not qualify.
Report damage to the courier upon delivery and take clear photos.
Notify us within three days with photographic evidence.
Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier, and refunds issued if the claim is confirmed.
NOTE (1): Do not use formula if the inner packaging or can is punctured. Take photos and dispose of it safely.
NOTE (2): Formula comes in various packaging formats, including tins and cartons. During transit and handling by mail carriers, minor dents, creases, or cosmetic imperfections may occur. These do not affect the safety or quality of the formula as long as the seal remains intact.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for packaging damage that does not compromise the product itself. We take great care to protect every order, but occasional imperfections can happen.
Packaging Updates
Manufacturers sometimes update packaging.
Customers may receive products in updated packaging that differs from website images.
Packaging changes do not qualify for a refund.
Delivery Delays
Standard delivery is 2-4 business days, though weather, holidays, or customs may cause delays.
During peak seasons, delivery may take up to 10-14 days.
Weekend orders are processed the following business day.
Delivery delays caused by carriers are not refundable, but we ship within 24 hours on business days.
Refunds
Once an issue is resolved, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Product Complaints & Fraud
Complaints must include supporting evidence, such as photos or videos.
Falsified claims are subject to legal action.
Manufacturing batch numbers are verified against claims.
Products may need to be returned for lab testing following our instructions.
Gifts
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
