Nutritional value per 1 serving (there are 6 such servings in the package) of porridge is - 675 kJ / 160 kcal: fat 3.7 g (of which saturated 2.0 g), carbohydrates 25 g (of which sugars 8.6 g), fiber 1.8 g, protein 5.7 g, salt 0.13 g, vitamin A 212 μg, vitamin D 2.4 μg, thiamine (vit. B1) 0.52 mg, calcium 249 mg.

Preparation:

Boil 150 ml of water and cool to 50°C. Pour into a bowl and add 40 g (4 tbsp.) of porridge. Stir, cool to 37°C - the porridge is ready. 

Storage:

• Store unopened package in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  
• Once opened, reseal tightly after each use.
  
• Use the contents within 3 weeks of opening.
  
• Always use a clean, dry spoon to avoid contamination.

Do not store prepared porridge leftovers – always prepare fresh before feeding.
