All formulas ship directly from Europe
Fresh stock with long expiration dates
We keep inventory just enough for the next few days - so what you receive is current, fresh stock. Orders are processed in real time and usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours.
Express 2 - 4 business days delivery on ALL orders
Every order ships via priority express international service (FedEx, UPS or DHL)
Parents don’t have time for slow shipping. Every package goes out using the fastest available method. Once your tracking is generated, you’ll receive it by email. If your tracking number is issued over the weekend, carrier updates may appear on Monday. Many orders arrive in as little as 24–48 hours after dispatch. Typical U.S. delivery is 2–4 business days.
Fast dispatch means limited cancellation window
Cancellations must be requested promptly
We process and ship orders quickly to ensure fast delivery to your door. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If cancellation is still possible, a refund will be issued minus a 5% handling and transaction fee. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Once an order has been packed or collected from our warehouse by the courier, it can no longer be canceled.
Free Express shipping over $100
$35 flat-rate shipping under $100
Because infant formula is heavy, express international shipping can be costly. Orders over $100 ship free, and orders under $100 ship for a flat $35 fee. (Orders shipped to Latin American countries are subject to an additional order processing fee).

Confidence whether you buy a little or stock up
We continuously source the newest available batches and receive deliveries to our warehouse every few days. That means you’re not getting old inventory that’s been sitting around. If we wouldn’t feel good feeding it to our own families, we don’t ship it.
Baby formula is not returnable
Due to safety and hygiene standards
Because infant formula is a sensitive food product, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has shipped. This policy allows us to maintain the highest safety standards for every family we serve. Please review your order carefully before checkout, and refer to our refund policy for full details. By placing an order, also agree the product is intended only for personal use.
