How to Prepare Powdered Baby Formula

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Boil fresh drinking water for each feed and let it cool to about 120°F (50°C) before mixing.
   
2. Pour roughly 2/3 of the required water into a clean, sterilized bottle.
   
3. Using the measuring scoop included in your formula box (sizes vary by brand and batch), add the recommended number of level scoops - one scoop per 1 oz / 30 ml of water.
   
4. Attach the nipple and cap, then shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
   
5. Add the rest of the water, shake again, and let the formula cool to body temperature (about 98°F / 37°C).
   
6. Always test the milk on the inside of your wrist before feeding to ensure it’s safe and comfortable for your baby.
