HiPP German HA Stage 1 Combiotik is a hypoallergenic, hydrolyzed baby formula for sensitive babies from birth to 6 months. Suitable as a sole milk feed when not breastfed or as a supplement alongside breastfeeding.

This HiPP HA 1 formula supports babies with an increased risk of allergies or sensitivity to cow’s milk protein, including babies who may experience digestive discomfort, allergy-like symptoms, or skin reactions. It uses strongly split, hydrolyzed whey protein, meaning the milk protein is broken into smaller pieces than standard formulas, making it simpler and easier for baby to process.

Lactose is the primary listed carbohydrate source, making the formula closer to breast milk. It also includes probiotics and prebiotics, originally obtained from breast milk, DHA from fish oil, ARA, choline, inositol, L-carnitine, Metafolin®, and key vitamins and minerals for complete daily infant nutrition.

Preparation and storage

1. Boil fresh drinking water first, then let it cool to 120°F (50°C) before preparing the bottle. Water that is too hot can damage important nutrients in the formula.

2. Pour 2/3 of the required amount of boiled water into a clean, sterilized feeding bottle.

3. Using the scoop provided, loosely fill it with formula powder and level it off. Do not press or pack the powder into the scoop. Add the recommended number of level scoops to the bottle.

4. Close the feeding bottle tightly and shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.

5. Add the remaining boiled water to the bottle, then close it and shake well again until everything is fully mixed.

6. Cool the prepared formula to drinking temperature, about 98°F (37°C). Always test a few drops on the inside of your wrist before feeding. It should feel warm, not hot.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. Use only the scoop included in this box.
2. Do not add anything else to the formula mixture.
3. Prepare each bottle fresh right before feeding and feed immediately. After feeding, discard any leftover formula from an unfinished bottle.
4. Do not heat the formula in the microwave, as this can cause burns.
5. After opening, store the box closed in a dry place at room temperature. Use within 3 weeks (21 days).
6. The expiration date is written in European format: day/month/year.

Each baby can consume a different amount of formula. The recommended amount of formula is indicated in the table. Your baby does not necessarily have to consume the entire amount of formula indicated. Use the dosing spoon included in the package!
