Per 100 ml of prepared formula provides 276 kJ / 66 kcal of energy. Total fats amount to 3.4 g, of which saturated fatty acids are 1.5 g. Carbohydrates total 7.6 g, including 1.2 g of sugars. Fiber is not specified. Protein content is 1.3 g.

Minerals and trace elements include: sodium 22.1 mg, potassium 80 mg, chloride 51 mg, calcium 68 mg, phosphorus 49 mg, magnesium 5.6 mg, iron 0.71 mg, zinc 0.48 mg, copper 52 μg, manganese 0.007 mg, fluoride ≤ 5.9 μg, selenium 3 μg, and iodine 13 μg.

Vitamins include: vitamin A 58 μg, vitamin D3 1.7 μg, vitamin E 1.2 mg, vitamin K 4.4 μg, thiamine (B1) 0.07 mg, riboflavin (B2) 0.14 mg, niacin (B3) 0.43 mg, pantothenic acid (B5) 528 μg, vitamin B6 46 μg, folate 14 μg, vitamin B12 0.17 μg, biotin 1.6 μg, and vitamin C 9.3 mg. It also contains nucleotides at 2.3 mg.

Preparation

To ensure your baby gets the best from Aptamil Comfort Stage 1, it’s important to carefully follow these preparation and feeding instructions:

1. Start by washing your hands and using only clean or sterilized containers.
2. Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to 40°C.
3. Measure the right amount of water into the bottle as shown in the feeding guide.
4. Use the provided scoop to measure the formula. Level it off with a clean knife.
5. Add the correct number of scoops to the water in the bottle.
6. Cap the bottle and shake well for about 10 seconds or until the powder fully dissolves.
7. Check the temperature of the mixture—it should be around 37°C before feeding.

Remember to prepare each bottle fresh, feed your baby right away, and discard any leftovers. For safety, avoid heating the mixture in the microwave.

Standard Preparation: To make 100 ml of formula, mix 90 ml of water with 3 level scoops of powder (13.8 g). Each scoop equals 4.6 g of formula.   

Storage Tips: After each use, close the can tightly and store it in a cool, dry place at room temperature (5° to 25°C). Be sure to use the contents within 4 weeks of opening. The product is packaged with care using protective gas to maintain its quality.
