Nutrition
Per 100 g, HiPP Carrots with Potatoes Purée provides 178 kJ / 43 kcal of energy. It contains 1.4 g of fat, of which 0.1 g are saturated fatty acids, 5.5 g of carbohydrates including 3.8 g of sugars, 0.8 g of protein, and 0.10 g of salt (equivalent to 0.04 g sodium). In addition, it supplies 0.09 g of linolenic acid (omega-3).
The salt content is determined solely by the sodium naturally present in the product.
Preparation and storage
Preparation:
1. Stir the contents well before serving.
2. Heat the required amount in a water bath or microwave.
3. Always test the temperature before feeding.
4. Do not use metal spoons to avoid damaging the jar.
Storage:
- Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place.
- Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
- Ensure the lid “clicks” when first opened; do not use if the safety button on the lid is raised.
