HiPP Non-dairy Porridge Apple & Biscuits 250 g is a gentle, tasty porridge specially developed for babies from 8 months onwards. Made with carefully selected organic ingredients, it combines the natural sweetness of apples with finely milled organic biscuits to create a balanced and easily digestible meal.

Ingredients
44% apple puree*, 13% whole wheat flour*, whole oat flour *, whole barley flour*, 9% wheat semolina*, 8% biscuits* (5% wheat flour*, partially demineralized whey *, butter *, wheat starch*), corn flour*, apple extract*, thiamine mononitrate.

Nutrition
Per 100 g, the porridge provides 1601 kJ / 379 kcal, 3.2 g of fat of which 0.9 g are saturated fatty acids, 73.1 g of carbohydrates including 12.1 g of sugars, 8.3 g of fiber, 10.2 g of protein, and less than 0.05 g of salt (sodium <0.02 g). It also contains 1.2 mg of vitamin B1 (240% of the reference intake).
Per 1 serving (24 g porridge flakes prepared with 100 ml water and 100 ml milk with 3.5% fat), the porridge provides 583 kJ / 138 kcal, 2.4 g of fat of which 1.2 g are saturated fatty acids, 22.3 g of carbohydrates including 7.7 g of sugars, 2.0 g of fiber, 5.8 g of protein, and 0.13 g of salt (sodium 0.05 g). It also provides 0.33 mg of vitamin B1 (66% of the reference intake).

Preparation and storage
Preparation:
With milk mixture:
1. Boil water and cool to +50ºC*. Prepare about 200 ml of regular milk mixture.
2. Add 3-4 tablespoons (24 g) of porridge flakes to a bowl.
3. Pour in the prepared milk mixture, stir.
4. Leave the porridge to swell. Cool to a suitable eating temperature.
With fruit puree:
Boil 100 ml of water and cool to +50ºC*. Add 2 heaped tablespoons (12 g) of porridge flakes to a bowl, fill with water. Stir. Add about 100 g of fruit puree and a teaspoon of oil. Stir. Leave to swell. Check the temperature.
With milk:
Boil 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water, cool to +50ºC*. Add 3-4 tablespoons (24 g) of flakes to a bowl, pour in the cooled liquid. Stir. Leave to swell. Check the temperature.
*To ensure the powder dissolves better, do not use water that is too hot.
Storage:
Once opened, store in a dry place at room temperature, close tightly after use. Consume within 3-4 weeks.
