Nutrition

Per 100 g, the cereal provides 1608 kJ / 379 kcal, 0.7 g of fat of which 0.1 g are saturated fatty acids, 85.1 g of carbohydrates including 0.3 g of sugars, 1.4 g of fiber, 7.3 g of protein, and less than 0.05 g of salt (sodium <0.02 g). It also contains 1.3 mg of vitamin B1, equal to 260% of the reference intake.

Per 1 serving (20 g porridge flakes prepared with 100 ml water and 100 ml milk with 3.2% fat), the cereal provides 575 kJ / 136 kcal, 3.3 g of fat of which 2.1 g are saturated fatty acids, 21.7 g of carbohydrates including 4.8 g of sugars, 0.3 g of fiber, 4.8 g of protein, and 0.05 g of salt (sodium 0.02 g). It also contains 0.30 mg of vitamin B1, equal to 60% of the reference intake.

Preparation and storage

Preparation:

With milk mixture
1. Cool boiled water to a temperature of approximately +50ºC*. Prepare 200 ml of regular milk mixture.
2. Add 3-4 tablespoons (20 g) of porridge flakes to a bowl.
3. Pour in the prepared milk mixture and stir.
4. Leave the porridge to swell. Cool to a suitable temperature for eating. 

With fruit puree (without milk):
Boil 100 ml of water, cool to +50ºC*. Add 2-3 heaped tablespoons (approx. 12 g) of porridge flakes to a bowl, pour in water. Stir. Add approx. 100 g of fruit puree and a teaspoon of oil. Stir well, check the temperature. 

With milk:
Boil 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water, cool to +50ºC*. Add 3-4 tablespoons (20 g) of flakes to a bowl, pour over the cooled liquid. Stir. Leave to swell. Check the temperature.
*To ensure the powder dissolves better, do not use water that is too hot. 

Storage:

Store in a dry place, at room temperature. After opening, store tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature, consume within 3-4 weeks.
