Per 100 g, HiPP Organic Cereal Flakes Fruit Muesli provides 1520 kJ / 360 kcal of energy, 4.7 g of fat of which 0.8 g are saturated fatty acids, 66.8 g of carbohydrates including 13.2 g of sugars, 8.5 g of fibre, 11 g of protein, and less than 0.05 g of salt (equivalent to <0.02 g sodium). It also supplies 1.1 mg of vitamin B₁, which equals 220% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV).

Per 1 serving (35 g flakes with 100 ml whole milk, 3.5% fat), the product provides 800 kJ / 190 kcal of energy, 5.2 g of fat of which 2.5 g are saturated fatty acids, 28.1 g of carbohydrates including 9.3 g of sugars, 3 g of fibre, 7.2 g of protein, 0.13 g of salt (0.05 g sodium), and 0.42 mg of vitamin B₁ (84% NRV).

Preparation:

1. Add 6 tablespoons (about 35 g) of cereal to a bowl.
2. Add 100 ml of milk or HiPP 2 milk mixture. For children from 1 year old, it can be prepared with HiPP 3 milk drink.
3. Mix. The cereal is ready. Recommended for use as a breakfast dish 

Storage:

Store in a dry place at room temperature. Once opened, store tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature, consume within 3-4 weeks.
