Per 100 g, HiPP Organic Good Night Banana Rusk Milk & Cereal provides 1804 kJ / 428 kcal of energy. It contains 12.0 g of fat, of which 1.3 g are saturates, 64.5 g of carbohydrates including 32.3 g of naturally occurring sugars¹, 4.0 g of fibre, 13.6 g of protein, 0.45 g of salt² (equivalent to 0.18 g sodium), and 420 mg of calcium (105% NRV). It also delivers essential micronutrients such as 4.8 mg of iron (80% NRV), 52 µg of iodine (74% NRV), 375 µg of vitamin A (94% NRV), 7.0 µg of vitamin D (70% NRV), 5.0 mg of vitamin E, 45 mg of vitamin C (180% NRV), and 0.68 mg of vitamin B₁ (136% NRV). Additionally, it contains 0.30 g of linolenic acid (omega-3 fatty acid).

Preparation:

• Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to about 50°C (122°F).
• Place the recommended amount of cereal powder (see chart below) into a clean bowl.
• Add the measured amount of cooled, boiled water.
• Stir thoroughly, then let the mixture stand until it thickens to your desired consistency.
• Check the temperature before feeding.
  

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Reseal the inner bag tightly after opening.
• Use within 3–4 weeks of opening.
• Do not store in the fridge or freezer.
