Standard preparation: 13.2 g HiPP 2 PURE + 90 ml (3.04 fl oz) water = 100 ml (3.38 fl oz) prepared formula.
1 measuring scoop = 4.4 g HiPP 2 PURE. Packed using protective gas.

Preparation:

1. Prepare each bottle fresh immediately before feeding.
   
2. Thoroughly clean the bottle and teat before preparation.
   
3. Boil fresh drinking water before each feeding and allow it to cool to approximately 40–50°C (104–122°F).
   
4. Pour the required amount of water into the bottle according to the feeding guide.
   
5. Using the measuring scoop provided, add the recommended amount of powder. Use a dry measuring scoop and level off each scoop.
   
6. Close the bottle and shake thoroughly.
   
7. Allow the formula to cool to approximately 37°C (98.6°F) and check the temperature before feeding.

Always follow the feeding quantities and preparation instructions on the package. Incorrect preparation or prolonged storage of prepared formula may be harmful due to unwanted bacterial growth.

For hygiene reasons, prepare formula fresh for each feeding and feed immediately. Do not reuse any formula remaining after a feeding. Do not keep prepared formula warm for later use. Do not heat prepared formula in a microwave.

Storage:

Store the package tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature, not exceeding 25°C (77°F). After opening, use the contents within 3 weeks. Keep away from strong-smelling foods or substances.

Each baby may drink different amounts at each feeding. The recommended amount of formula is shown in the table below. Your baby does not have to finish the full amount at every feeding.

Use only the measuring scoop provided in the pack. The recommended number of feedings per day is 5. Once complementary foods are introduced, one bottle feeding should be replaced with a meal such as porridge or puree.

Important: HiPP 2 PURE is not suitable for infants in the first months of life. It should be used as part of a mixed weaning diet from 6 months onwards.
