Nutrition
The nutritional value per 100 g is 300 kJ / 72 kcal. The product contains 2.9 g of fat, of which 0.5 g are saturated fatty acids. It provides 8.2 g of carbohydrates, including 1.9 g of sugars, as well as 2.5 g of protein. The salt content is 0.05 g, while sodium is 0.02 g. It also contains 0.14 g of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3 fatty acid). The amount of salt is determined only by the sodium naturally present in the product.
Preparation and storage
