Per 100ml or 3.38 oz/3 oz prepared, the formula provides an energy value of 278 kJ, fat 3.4 g, of which saturates 1.2 g and unsaturates 2.2 g. Omega 3 includes α-Linolenic Acid (ALA) 47 mg and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA-LCP) 15 mg. Omega 6 includes Linoleic Acid (LA) 471 mg and Arachidonic Acid (ARA) 7.7 mg. Total carbohydrate is 7.2 g, of which sugars are 7 g and lactose 6.7 g. Fiber is 0.23 g, of which Galacto-oligosaccharides 0.22 g and 3’GL 0.01 g. Protein (N x 6.25) is 1.4 g.

Preparation:

1. Use freshly boiled water for each of your baby’s meals and allow it to cool down to 120 °F / 50 °C before mixing with formula.
2. Pour 2/3 of the required amount of boiled water into a clean and sterilized bottle.
3. Use the scoop provided with your formula box, as scoop sizes may vary by brand and even by lot. Add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder to the bottle: 1 leveled scoop of powder per 1 oz / 30 ml of water.
4. Close the bottle with the nipple and cap, then shake vigorously until all powder has completely dissolved.
5. Add the remaining water to the bottle and shake again.
6. Cool to drinking temperature, approximately 98 °F / 37 °C. Always test the temperature of the milk before feeding to avoid scalding or burning your baby.

Storage:
All opened formulas should be used within 21 days. Never use a formula beyond its expiration date. The expiration date on the formula box/tin is listed according to European standards: day/month/year
Avoid storing in areas of high heat or humidity.

Important Information:

• Only use the scoop provided in the pack.
• Do not make feeds weaker or stronger than indicated by adding extra water/scoops, and do not add anything else to the milk.
• Always freshly prepare formula and do not prepare in advance. Use immediately, and discard leftovers at the end of the feed.
• Do not heat a bottle in a microwave, as hot spots may occur, which could cause scalding.

Freshly boiled and cooled water should be used.
