The easily digestible Töpfer LACTANA BIO PRE organic infant formula is suitable for babies from birth and is the ideal milk for breastfed babies who do not have enough breast milk and need additional nutrition. For example, immediately after birth, before breast milk is produced sufficiently. The consistency of Lactana Bio Pre milk is similar to breast milk. Lactana Bio Pre contains only lactose as a carbohydrate. The baby does not get enough satiety, so he wants to suckle the mother's breast even more.
Lactana Bio 1 contains lactose and maltodextrin as carbohydrates. Lactana Bio 1 is richer and thicker than Lactana Bio Pre. Both milk formulas can be given from birth and can be used alone, without any other feeding. Lactana Bio Pre is therefore an ideal milk for complementary feeding.

Nutrition
Nutritional value (100 g): Energy value 278 kJ / 66 kcal, Fat 3.3 grams – of which saturated fatty acids 1.1 grams, monounsaturated fatty acids 1.5 grams, polyunsaturated fatty acids 0.7 grams. Carbohydrate 7.9 grams – of which sugar 7.9 grams. Protein 1.3 grams.

Preparation and storage
- Boil water and allow water to cool down to 120 degrees Fahrenheit (50 °C).
- Pour in 2/3 of the total necessary amount of boiled water into a clean and sterilized bottle.
- Using the scoop provided with your formula (as scoop sizes vary by brand), and add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder (1 leveled scoop of powder per 1 oz / 30ml of water).
- Close the bottle with the nipple and cap and shake vigorously to mix.
- Add the remaining 1/3 of the water to the bottle and shake again.
- Cool to drinking temperature (approximately 98 degrees Fahrenheit or ~ 37 °C) and ALWAYS test the temperature of the milk before feeding to avoid scalding or burning of your little one
- Once the inner foil bag containing your formula has been opened, use it within 2-3 weeks. Do not store in areas with high humidity or heat.
- Please consume the formula within one hour of its preparation. Any unused prepared formula should be discarded within one hour.
- Please do not microwave bottles or formula.
